Q How do I qualify for different Pass levels?

Your level is based on the digital access passes associated with your Echo Novas profile. As you add passes (utility NFTs for membership and platform access), you can move up tiers automatically according to the published tier rules.

Q What are the benefits of Premium or Elite levels?

A

Higher tiers unlock more platform and membership features, including eligibility for selected third-party partner programs and access to optional partner-provided services where those partners make them available. Partners set their own eligibility and signup rules. Echo Novas sells digital access products only and does not operate a marketplace for reselling passes between users.

Q What are optional partner programs?

A

Separate companies may offer optional programs to eligible users. Those programs are governed entirely by the partner. Echo Novas may surface eligibility information for convenience, but we do not provide banking or payment accounts and do not hold user funds.

Q What is the maximum tier I can reach?

A

The system currently caps at a total purchase value of US$2,000, which qualifies you for the Pinnacle Pass—our highest level of digital access and entitlements.

Q Can I move my access pass to my own Polygon address?

A

Yes. After purchase, your utility NFT may remain associated with your Echo Novas profile while you optionally link a personal Polygon address and complete a transfer from your dashboard, when that feature is available. Your tier benefits remain tied to the pass recorded under your Echo Novas profile according to our terms.
