Q How do I qualify for different Pass levels?

Your level is determined by the total value of the Echo Novas NFTs you hold. As you acquire more NFTs, your total value increases and you can automatically reach higher tiers.

Q What are the benefits of Premium or Elite levels?

A

Higher tiers unlock advanced features such as IBAN account access and prepaid card services provided by third-party banking partners (subject to their KYC and compliance requirements). Echo Novas does not issue accounts or cards directly. Premium and Elite tiers also include prioritized support services.

Q How does the IBAN account access work?

A

IBAN accounts are provided by third-party banking partners to Premium and Elite pass holders. Access is subject to standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and compliance checks by these banking partners. Echo Novas provides technical infrastructure only and does not issue accounts or cards.

Q What is the maximum tier I can reach?

A

The system currently caps at a total purchase value of US$2,000, which qualifies you for the Pinnacle Pass—our highest level of digital access and entitlements.

Q When do I start earning loyalty points?

A

You begin accumulating loyalty points immediately upon successful registration and receipt of your first digital access pass.
