1. Digital Products & No Refunds

Echo Novas provides digital access products delivered and activated immediately upon payment. These products: are non-physical; activated instantly; minted as NFTs on Polygon blockchain; cannot be returned. Refunds are not available after purchase completion.

2. Purchase Acknowledgment

Before completing payment, customers must confirm that they understand the product is a digital access pass with immediate activation and no refunds. They must also read the product description, review Terms and this Refund Policy, and accept terms at checkout. By completing purchase, the customer acknowledges they have read and understood this policy.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

For chargebacks on successfully delivered products, we provide evidence: delivery confirmation, activation records, blockchain (NFT mint) proof, checkout acceptance of no-refunds policy. Unjustified chargebacks are disputed with delivery evidence.

4. Technical Issues & Contact

Technical issues: contact nft@echonovas.com. Refunds not issued for resolved issues. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights. Exceptional refunds only where product was not delivered.
