Echo Novas - Digital Access & Entitlement Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Echo Novas platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Echo Novas LTD, operating under the brand name "Echo Novas".

2. Digital Access Products

Echo Novas provides digital access products that represent access rights and entitlements only. These products: are not financial instruments or stored value; do not hold monetary value; are delivered and activated instantly upon successful payment; cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.

3. Immediate Delivery and Activation

Upon successful payment, your digital access product is: confirmed via email with blockchain verification links; minted as an NFT on the Polygon blockchain within minutes; immediately activated in your account; available for use according to tier benefits. All access is delivered automatically. Due to instant digital delivery, refunds or cancellations are not possible after purchase completion.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Because delivery is instant, we generally cannot offer refunds after purchase completion. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge: we will dispute unjustified chargebacks with evidence of delivery; activation records confirm immediate access was granted; the blockchain transaction hash serves as proof of delivery; the product was delivered immediately and as described. This does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable.

5. Partner Platforms, Liability & Contact
